Roger
Eldridge is a Hampshire wedding photographer who has many years experience
in wedding photography. Based in Southampton and covering wedding photography
in Hampshire and the surrounding counties of Berkshire Wiltshire and
Dorset, I have visited many of the top wedding venues for wedding receptions.
Weddings
in Southampton and the surrounding towns of Winchester, Romsey, Salisbury,
Eastleigh and also Portsmouth and Bournemouth are easily accessible
for a Hampshire wedding photographer or for a photographer in Hampshire.
The New Forest provides many opportunities for a wedding photographer
in Dorset, and there are a number of excellent hotels that make beautiful
New Forest wedding venues for a Southampton wedding photographer.
Local venues include Beaulieu and the Montagu Arms, Mottisfont Abbey,
Chilworth Manor, New Place, Lainston House, Rhinefield House and Careys
Manor. I often do wedding photography in London and some of my favourite
images have come from my work as a London wedding photographer.
Some wedding photographers may describe their style as being traditional
and formal or classic wedding photography. Many photographers will describe
themselves as photojournalistic (PJ) or will use the words relaxed,
casual, fun, creative, and modern or contemporary. Or possibly innovative,
romantic and informal with a hint of reportage or other technical terms
thrown in. A Reportage style wedding photographer is difficult to define,
and genuine photojournalistic wedding photography can leave family groups
neglected. My style adopts the best from these different approaches
in a very special way.
Please take a look at my wedding and portrait site. www.eldridgephotos.com
It contains superb images typical of my style and I hope it will portray
visually what can not be adequately described in words.
I
do a lot more than just wedding photography in Southampton, and so if
you are looking for lifestyle photographs or contemporary portrait photography
then please view my portrait site to see more. The new site has slideshows
and music and will need a fairly good computer with a broadband connection
to work well. Please enjoy.
